Funny, little, hard, red spots - yuk!!

Hi, I have just discovered a very tiny, hard red spot beneath my breast, I already have one which has always bothered me but as it is so small I try not to think about it - but I have just found another one!! It is completely painless, doesn't itch - it's just there...I hate them...Can anyone tell me what it can be. And better still how to get rid of them...please!

hi viola, i think that what you are describing are 'blood spots' i've got a few around the **** area. I've always thought that they are just burst capillaries, maybe someone can put us both straight.
I'm new to this site as well, i've found loads of info and i'm really gaining confidence because of it. Thank you geeks.
