Fuzzy nails

I have just seen a post from Picchi and i love these. Any ideas how to do this with Shellac? Am i beng silly as it doesnt look like you'd be able to do the top coat. What method have people used?

I believe she does them similar to rockstar....send her a PM I'm sure she'd be happy to give you her steps

You can do them with a regular polish and dab them into the top coat or over enhancements using a uv top coat that dose NOT have an inhibition layer , eg ) nfu.oh or NSI glaze and go .
