I know this may of been covered but I’m writing up a statement for clients to sign, what should I include consent for apart from the following:
To hold client records
Client details
To contact them
To use images on social media

Any other tips ?

You need to give detail on the methods of contact so for example they would tick:

• post
• email
• telephone
• SMS

This way they 'opt in' to each method. Especially relevant to your marketing methods.

You need to have your clients consent on collecting, saving their information, give them an option to ask you to delete their info, and you need their permition to post pictures with them
