I am a fully qualified beauty & holistic therapist and would like to start offering nail extensions. I have just been on a 2 day gel/acrylic nail course which i must say was rubbish. Even the teachers finished results were dull and bumpy which I would not be happy to offer. I am now totally confused with which system to use and what is the best to offer. Is there a difference between gel tips and someone mentioned using foil template to apply gel. Any advice would be much appreciated. HELP PLEASE!!!

Hunnie i think its best to do another course as you say even the teachers results were not very good... Is there anyone you could contact about the course explaining that you wernt happy as its going to cost alot to shed out on another course ... As to be honest it doesnt matter if you use the top end highest quality products if your prep applic and finish is not 100% then the nails arnt going to be either...

Good luck xxx

Too be honest I'm not sure what you could learn in 2 days!
Maybe it would be worth you while reading the sticky at the top of the page and see what a course should cover. Because it doesn't sound like you learnt alot other than how to be confused.
There are lot of good training companies out there NSI, CND, YOUNGS etc
I wish you good luck
