Afternoon everyone

I have just purchased a new 36watt curing box (daylight Company). I have till now only used a small 9wat lamp. Do I reduce my curing times accordingly or do I still cure for the time set for a 9watt lamp.

Thanks

This is the lamp that I use, Its great because it has a timer and automatic turn off ;)
I would go by the recommended cure times on your products.

Thanks for that Lesley. I wasn't sure if the 4 bulbs just gave a better all round coverage or if I needed to reduce curing times.

No, usually you would cure the same amount of time.
Lamps with more bulbs give pretty much the same cure, just more even.

The quality of cure also depends on the position of the bulbs, if the lamp has a reflective interior, how far the nails are from the bulb and if the nails are positioned directly under the bulb. The further they are, the weaker the UV exposure
