I just tend to follow guidelines that are given like with my brisa I use a brisa lamp and dont cure for 4 minutes because it says 2

I have recently done my Gel It conversion and my educator told me it was a 3 minute cure, also states this in my notes. My lamp says it is a Jet 1000 UV Type 3 if that means anything to anyone
