Does anyone have any ideas on the best way of removing gel nails that can't soak off i worry about filing the gel as it gets right down to the natural nail or is it best to grow out the gel? L x

Hiya ... It is best to leave some of the gel on the nail and this can safely grow out.

Just start with a 180 and then go down to a 240 as you get nearer the nail. x

Thats great thank u L x

I do what Bagpuss recommends but at the very end, i take a 3 way buffer and take the gel down even further without damaging the nail.

Follow the advice above. It's very easy to do .. if a bit dusty and messy ... to be honest, I have never really had to remove a full set of gel in my life; the odd one for replacement after a break or something but never a full set.

Buff off gels are so much stronger than soak off gels, that it isn't really much of an issue.
