Hi Geeks

Just wondered when doing acrylic nails after you have finished doing either your nail art or you have polished the nails can you apply a gel on top on this to finish off so you get a beautifull shine :)

i use glaze n go from nsi over small bits of nail art but not if ive polished the whole nail as its not used for over nail polish.you can however use thermoshield by nsi or quattro from sallys which both can be used over polish, just remember that they all need a uv lamp to cure

Could you use Ultra Seal?

I always use a top gel topcoat on my nail art, I never buff then smooth, leave them rough, paint my design then apply the gel, it seals the art in and that way I dont have to redo it again when I get acetone or scrubfresh on my nails when doing my clients.
With regards to over polish nope, just a good topcoat varnish like speedy or shiney from cnd

I use uv gloss (seal-it, by nailite) over all my art and frenchs (incl polish) to keep it perfect till the next appointment.
