I'm using Brillbird gel polish and not had a problem soaking off previous colours, but the one I have on now just isn't lifting unless I really try and push off with my wooden stick. Any recommendations please as really don't want to damage my nail beds as they're weak enough as it is :(
Same process, pure acetone wrapped in foils.
thanks

I'm not familiar with that brand, but is it possible that you need to file through the top coat first before soaking? Just a thought :)

You can also used heated wheat bags to place over the nails to help speed up the removal process

I did buff off the top but it just wasn't coming away this time. The only thing I did different was apply primer under this set of nails so maybe that ? Will leave that out this time as see what removals like next time.
Just had to buff it all off gently to remove.
Thank you.
