Gel reaction? Help

Have any of your clients had this? Tiny blisters and swelling. Doctor has given steroid cream. Could it be gel reaction or to uv lamp?

That's an odd place for a gel reaction but it could be all of the above--UV, gel, or perhaps acetone (it drips down as you are removing polish)?

At least it isn't your fault. It's a freak reaction I'm guessing. Possibly a sensitivity?
