My 16 year old daughter is a terrible nail biter and I performed her first ever Gelish polish treatment just over two weeks ago. I re-did them last night and after looking at pictures, she couldn't believe the growth. Whilst wearing the polish, she has been unable to bite her nails, and they are now longer than they've ever been. She has prom coming up on 29 June and was thinking she'd need extensions... but now she's hopeful that her natural nails will be long enough

(My daughters nails in the first pic are the shortest, greeny blue coloured ones)

I also bite my nails, I'm trying gelish, and its working for me too!! I've done an whole 2 weeks now with biting lol!!

Gelish cured me 100%
I think it is a combination of the fact they are covered and strengthened so pretty much impossible to nibble at
and also because they look nice you dont want to spoil them!

I used to be able to grow them a little with regular polish but within a few days when the polish started to chip and fade if I didnt redo it immediately I would be at my nails again. Gelish solves that problem as it stays looking great for ages!

I also find seeing the all the regrowth is a massive incentive it really visualises and motivates you to grow your nails out. I know some people find it unslightly but I actually love it!
