Gelish peeling

I have acrylic nails the set at Christmas the gelish was peeling at the nail tip I had the gelish re done & it just about lasted the 2 weeks further
Now I’ve just had a new set of acrylic over lays & the gelish is peeling back again at the tip after 6 days

what can I do to stop / slow it down
I can’t keep having them redone on tips

Probably buffing the acrylic too smooth for the gel polish to stay adhered.
