Contact your trainer... Mine took a while as they were having issues at head office.

We was told at training that it could be held up because they all was in la then was told it could be held up again as there head office was movin. My educator is a nightmear just to get in contact with dissapointed really I just hope my certificates turn up soon as I need them to get a Sally's card x
