Gift help?

I've left things a little late as I've been so busy.
Its my friends birthday at the weekend and I'm after a special present.

She likes cake baking, loves elephants and works in a music store. We often go to the theatre together so between us we've seen most of the shows on up the westend that appeal to us.
We have completely different taste in clothes, bags, shoes, men so she's difficult!

She took me to Take That so I've got to beat that! (Not necessarily by price, I particularly like buying thoughtful gifts.. when I have time to think about it!)
Any ideas??

How about one of those 1-day specialist cookery courses, maybe in cake decoration?
Or champagne afternoon tea for 2 at a posh hotel ? I'm sure she also likes to EAT cake!
