Hi, I recently trained in glam lashes and would love a set on of my own to promote them to clients. I have contacted the girl that I trained with and she hasn't responded so I wondered of there was anyone on here that could do a set for me, am based in Halifax West Yorks..:)

Not sure how far you are willing to travel, i do lashes and im based in Shipley, West Yorkshire, hth

Hi Louise,

do you do glam lashes?

Just get yourself full set of lashes. It doesn't matter the company. They are all the same.
The matter is about applying them properly, if you have them professionaly done this will be your promotion.

I wanted to use Glam lashes tho as the whole point was to show what they looked like on, rather than another band of lashes..

No i use flirties but once they are on no client is going to know what brand they are,
glam teach in pontefract so you might be able to find someone over that way, hth

Can't help with the lashes, I'm afraid, but I had a similar experience with Glam Lashes in terms of them not getting back to me. I wanted to know where in London the training was being held and the office guy had no idea! After a good deal of prompting from me he told me that the only person who knew was the trainer, and she was on a day off. I was rather unsettled that the person actually taking calls from potential customers had not been furnished with all the information needed. To be honest, getting training dates, venues, prices, kit details etc was like pulling teeth and I decided that if it was this difficult at the pre sales stage what on earth was it going to be like once they'd had my money and I needed post training help.
There are lots of companies out there offering such training; choose wisely and carefully! And you lash companies - get your bums in gear!

I have booked with GlamLash in London. When I first rang they had not chosen thier venue but said to call back in a few days..which I did and was given the venue address
They dont give out or advertise the full address until you book because people just turn up there on the day asking if they can join the class or be a model. I have spoken to a few training companies that do the same thing. I guess it would be a pain if the tutor had to go and deal with people popping in on the off chance of training/modeling as it would eat into your training time.

I have read and heard really good feedback about GlamLash which is why I decided to train with them. They are a very young/small company and seem to be doing really well so they may think that thier guy in the office is doing a great job?

Hi angie32,

I'm also booked with Glam Lash London (April 17th) Would be nice to see a fellow geek around. Have you got a model? :)

I trained with Glam Lash and have never had a problem with them getting back to me, mind you I have always just gone directly though Louise Therapy on here. She always gets back to me on email, phone etc.

yes I have a model.
It makes me feel better to know that I will have a fellow Geek there.
