Glamorous Lengths

What is your opinions on Glamorous Lengths hair?

Horrendous in my opinion- this was the supplier recommended by the training provider i used, Hair was more like 0.4g rather than 0.6g, tapered off towards the ends so had to cut it in order for it to look presentable- defeats the object of 20" extensions when you have to cut it to 18", some strands where so ratty i could not even fit them.
I have had an awful experience with that company, customer service is dia, they dont get back to you, after a number of complaints and having to go back through my training provider they finally replied only to say they would not be refunding or replacing the hair after i complained as it had been too long (even though it was them not responding!!!).
My client washed her hair once with the extensions fitted- i know she followed all the correct after care and the ends of her extensions looked awful, it started to matt and i had to remove it the following week it was such bad quality hair. Havent used them since and definitely would not recommend the company and the hair which they supposedly advertise as finest quality russian!!!

If your training provider is Belle, then it's all run by the same company! Glamorous lengths is run by the same people as Belle. X

Glamorous lengths are horrendous and I am
Also looking for a new supplier. They have messed me around left right and centre and leading upto Christmas I can't afford to be delayed. I've been trying to order since Monday and today been told that they won't be in stock until mid next week!! That means I've got to let down 3 excited customers and loose earnings. Also after paying extra for next delivery I am still waiting for Mondays order to arrive!!

Retailers of hair are so difficult to trust these days. I tend to try and always use balmain.. Although some people just buy cheap crap hair from eBay and expect decent Quality. It's frustrating.
