My 12 year old daughter had just asked me to go to an under 18's UV Party on Sunday. I hope she doesn't see this new trend as I won't be allowing her to bleach her hair for it.

You could get some blonde clip ins and get them coloured like this so she can have flashes just for the party.

Meh, neither here nor there to be honest. Its not like you could walk round with a UV light shining on you all the time
