Glueing tips

I am a new nail tech doing acrylic nails.
I am after some advise on glue!!
I have always used runny glue but have just recently come across gelbond by CND. Are there benefits to using gelbond to a "normal" runny glue?
Or is it personal preference?

Hiya ... It is personal preference but gelbond is brill for gap filling due to its thicker..gel like consistancy...so if nails are uneven..or have ridges this is a great adhesive to use....I use it on all clients.
