Going the Extra Mile

Hi all,

I have been wondering what everyone else does in their salon/mobile business to go that extra mile for their clients?

Is there anything you think that sets you aside from another business because you do something better?

I usually give a free perfume/cuticle oil sample away to a new customer/try to be really flexible to existing customers/do promo's, etc.

I went to a salon in las vegas of all places and it was amaaaaazing!as in most places in las vegas,the air con was on full so despite the 110 degree heat outside, i was cold most of the time!my therapist heated some wheat cushions and popped 1 under my neck,1 on my feet and 1 on my tummy.then she heated a wheat kind of eyepad thing and placed that over my eyes!needless to say i fell straight to sleep!after my treatment she brought me a blueberry iced tea and told me to take my time getting ready as there was no rush ~ i was in absolute heaven!!xx
