This is probably very controversial considering that ghd have really revolutionised the styling and finishing side of the hairdressing industry and if I’m honest can’t really fault their technology, tools or their inspiration and styling techniques. With that said, I would like to find an alternative set of tools to the ghd range with similar quality but possibly a more affordable price tag. Do any fellow stylists have any favourites in other brands in hairdryers, straighteners, hot brushes, tongs or wands?

Cloud Nine was set up by the original inventor of ghd’s so you won’t go far wrong with their tools.
Corioliss and Diva are also regularly recommended on here too.
