Good eye cream?

Hi everyone

Can anyone recommend an eye cream that isn't greasy and that works on dark circles and the beginnings of crepey skin from the inner corner of the eye underneath. Not bothered about price if the product is good. Have tried Elemis and Decleor - not impressed although do use decleor neroli all over the face under dermalogica super rich repair at night and philosophy hope in a jar during the day (although not keen on this but using it up). Eyes aren't dry but could do with a tighten.
