Hi I'm just on the middle of doing my CND Brisa gel course, however unfortunately my nails are in such a state (soft and bon existent nail plate from massive over filing) the gel is just lifting straight off so I've been advised to get a set of l+p acrylics on toll my nails have strengthened up.
They are extremely sensitive as my nail plate is so thin. I'm not after anything fancy just a plain set of l+p.

I wouldn't recommend having l&p though as you need to remove the shine which if they are already sore it will be agony! Give me a message on Facebook and we can sort something xx
