I've noticed google is omitting some of the links to the ads ive posted on the web. You know, when is says "In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the (how ever many) already displayed. If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included."

What exactly do I need to change to stop it from doing this? Make each ad different? I'm finding it difficult to think of different things to write for each ad. Does that go for the titles too?

That's weird; although the main thing to check is that Google is not omitting your actual site itself (as you really wouldn't want it to show a page on Gumtree or whatever with an advert for your site in preference to your actual site itself).

I wouldn't consider it to be *too* much of an issue to be honest; the main thing that you would be looking to achieve is to get as high a placement on Google as possible for your actual web site when someone does a search on there for something relevant to your site.

So if your website is coming out close to the top on a Google search, but Google is filtering out some of the pages on Gumtree or wherever that link to it, then I can't see there being a problem - as your actual site would be much more interesting to your potential clients than an ad on Gumtree or wherever (which they would find by searching on Gumtree anyway).

The main thing to bear in mind is that all these links in to your site from adverts that you have posted will be boosting your "Google Page Rank" anyway - as Google counts every link in to your site from other sites and uses them to calculate what it terms the "Page Rank" - and the more links in to you, the better the page rank, and the higher up the Google search results your site should come...

If you are using AdSense then know that Google prioritises ad placement based on bids, relevance and your set budget. The more you bid (and the higher your budget) the higher you will generally appear for the relevant key words.
