Green Tea Diet ???

Hi All,
Does anyone know about Green tea diet capsules?
Do they work?
Where can I buy them?
Or is drinking Green tea just as good?
Help needed, can't budge my fat tum, and other wobbly bits.

They do work as they speed up your metabolism. I used to use Metasys available in boots. But there are stronger out there from independent Health food shops.

Drinking teas a bit pointless as you need to drink 50 cups to get what you do from a tablet.

Theres is a new tea/capsule on the market that has acaci berries in thats been on looose women and oprah and richard and judy that also suppresses your appetite. Not sure if suppressing appetites good as you need food otherwise your body goes into famine mode and you put more weight on.

Thanks..........Off to health shop tomorrow to buy these.
Give anything a go, been doing WW and going to the gym, but just need a little more of a push.
