hi all, just been geeking again !!! i have been looking at the greenie sites, touch wood i havnt had on but if i ever do how would i explain in simple terms (without that s..t, oh my god, panicked look on my face!) what has happened and that i'm not a necessarily bad tech because it happened ?

thanks for you reply sandi, i have re read and also looked in my trusted nail structure & product chemistry book and although i understand the reasons and how to deal with a greenie, i'm not sure how i wolud tell a client, would you just say oh dear its a Bacterial Infection or a greenie we can deal with this and just hope they dont run out screaming!???

One of my clients had one recently... I told her it was due to her glueing her enhancement to 'repair' it and moisture got inbetween the nail and the enhancement, she accepted it and I continued with the rebalance, and that was it :wink2:
