Grey colour

i have a client who came in with a base 3 that's is natural 40% grey, she wants to be grey all over. We have stripped it on 3 occasions and condition is really good. It is now a base 7 but very red. My next move is to put bleach foils through to start to lift but looking for suggestions? And once it is lifted what colour to use to give it the grey tone. We use wella. Any suggestions will greatly he received xxx
