Grey/silver back to blonde

So I have a client who back in August had her hair coloured grey. I used a balayage technique and then toned with goldwell 8sb+6sb 1:1. Colour was fab. Now she would like to go for a blonde balayage. What is the best way around this? I don't have any experience with colour removers and I feel like lifting the hair will just make it more silvery. Plus her hair could do without the damage tbh. Any help would be appreciated ☺
