Hi lovelies...I've been colouring my sisters hair using Wella 12 high lift tint for some years but she has a fair bit of grey now around her hairline so its not suitable now really. Her hair is pretty long.. below shoulders. I also think it's too warm anyway but am not sure whether to go to a level nine when I next do her roots especially as I don't have the confidence and up to date knowledge to blend the length and ends to the same colour. I am a qualified hairdresser but have been specialising in doing hair for people with dementia so am out of touch especially with colour! Her roots are about two inches at the moment. I'd love to give her a fairly cool blonde all over but don't know where to start! Thanks for any advice!

You could use 12/89 on the roots and then just use 9/0 on the hairline where the white is more prominent :)
