Guild memebership.....worth it or not?

Spoke to these guys, had all intention of joining full memebership but he was quite stroppy verging on rude.

Obviously want to join as its good to be a memeber of such an organisation but after that im not so sure. Are they def worth joining?

Or shall i just stick with batac?

That does surprise me..we have had nothing other than complete and utter professionalism from the Guild team who always offer a first class service.

Maybe its worth calling again ..express your reservations due to the way you were previously dealt with and take it from there.

I am also surprised. I can't recommend them highly enough. Whenever I have had any dealings with anyone at the Guild, they are helpful, polite and things get done promptly and correctly!

I would suggest you give them a call back and try again.....I personally would be happy to wholeheartedly reommend them to anyone!

I only know of Louisa on here and she's lovely. Why not PM her and see if she can sort you out. Shame when one person gives a good company a bad name. Don't give up and try again.

I have to agree with the positive, I have always had good service from the Guild, they are polite, and deliver a prompt service, and as Kim says Louisa on here is lovely and always ready to help with any queries you might have. I always recommend them x

Yes, I totally agree with the other posts - we have personally always had first class service from the Guild.

I rang the Guild myself this afternoon and spoke to a very nice gentleman. I won't give his name, but he was really lovely & when my insurance is up for renewal next month, I'll be on the phone to them, infact I've put it in my diary to call back 2 weeks before my 'other' insurance runs out.
There's way more to The Guild than just insurance, but the insurance part is way more professional than the one I've got now IMO. And that's with another professional insurance company.

I just wondered but why does the Guild appear to not cover anything to do with Hair? It all seems very Nail and Beauty friendly and it seems bizarre Hair is left out.

I guess it because it's a beauty orientated organisation, which they cover Beauty, Nail & Holistic as individuals.
There must be specific companies similar to this that are for the hair industry.

I've spoken to about 4 of the staff on the phone and they have all been fantastic.
I've emailed queries and got very friendly and informative emails straight back.
Louisa (the guild) on here is always up for answering queries.

I asked Louisa to pass my compliments on to the staff as I've had such great responses from the people that I have had dealings with.
