Not sure but it looks like it's from the Koleston intense red shades, it's a lovely colour

hello everyone
just need to know .i had a client she had blonde hair .she used to hav done full head colour her roots wer about 8 base she wanted this time high and lower lights so i did 12/1 =12/16 in wella 40 vol and 7.03 10 vol but the lowerlight with 7/03 some of them came kind of green she did say to me that her hair wher was grey goes green .but dont know wher i went wrong any advice please would be great
