Hair color advise please

Hello, due to the Coronavirus, I cannot get to my salon as they are closed. I am a medium blonde naturally, but sometimes my hair dresser doesn't remove the yellow, or sometimes she makes me a bit too ashy. So I will be doing this at home. Wella works very well with my hair - I was told to get 12/1 and 12% for roots and the toner either 10/96 or 10/81. Is this correct as I want to achieve the blonde color below - can you please help me and tell me how I mix up a little step by step guide. Back in the day used to do this at home but that was over 30 years ago. Thanks very much.
