yes, cuticle remover does a good job as it also has a mild bleaching action.
apply to the nail plate,give it a couple of minutes to activate and then use a tool to remove cuticle from the nail plate.
this will often take the stain off because it sometimes just discolours the non living tissue on the nail. sometimes when the nail has stained too you might want to give it a little longer to soak and maybe a light buff with a fine grit buffer block.
I find dipping nails in pure lemon juice works wonders, although make sure you don't have any cuts or nicks on the skin or there'll be an ouch factor to deal with too :irked:
