Hair colour advice please

Hi all, my boyfriends daughter dyed his hair today from a very light brown tone to well ginger it looked awful so they then put a shade darker on and it's now like a dark brown/ red colour. Permanent too. Any advice would be grateful please if I can buy anything to bring it to a softer colour lol..

I personally would advise him to go to a salon to have it corrected. He can have the colour very easily removed and a more natural tone put over.

It is permanent. The very fact he has turned 'ginger' means he's gone through a lightening process.

That's exactly what I said. As his hair grows fast he's decided to let it grow out. Thanks
