Hair colour advice

#1
I have a lady messaging me who went to someone else and made her hair too warm when she showed them the photograph also attached. She wants it darker but with the lighter bits still subtlely showing through.
Would you guys put a semi darker on it? Any help is appreciated x

Also working with wella - what colour would best match the image?

Yes I'd use colour touch 4/71 for the very root, going in to 4/71+6/71 and then tone the lighter pieces with something like 8/71 +9/16. Just remind your client that the quality of her hair is not the same as the target picture. And the texture is also very different! People always seem to want hair they haven't got

Thanks for the help I think 4/71 would be fab on the roots. With 3% peroxide?

What about using wella illumina 6/19?

4/71 is colour touch, so it should be mixed with 1.9% because you're depositing

6/16 illumina is a lovely colour, but I'm not sure it's dark enough to create the look your client is trying to achieve. Maybe 5/81 illumina would be better with pastel developer.

Fanola no orange shampoo

Works wonders saves having to have it coloured again
