Hi I'm new to the site and looking on advice on trying to achieve silver grey hair,no matter how many toners I try none of them give me the colour I am looking to achieve,at the moment I have Luo color P01 on a full head of bleach,I like the colour but its not the colour I want, does anybody know what the P02 is like, also has anybody used the Wella special effects 0/81,have seen loads of people with the colour I want so I know it can be done.Pleeeease help desperate!

hi have you tried matrix, they do great toners spv is brill and spn! used with there sliver shampoo i always get amazing results.xxx good luck;)

i've used goldwell 11p to tone my hair and it's given me the silvery grey sheen i've been looking for, i love it xx

clynol do a great grey silver toner they are tone shots and the colour is crystal when i had short bleached blonde hair i wanted the look of the singer pink when she had that grey look going on and the clynol crystal toner was a fab match..you do have to mix it with 3% and of course becasue of the ash it was only applied for 15 minutes

thanks might give that one a try hope it works cos its costing a small fortune trying different ones :)

Hi, The P,02 will not give you silver. I would use 9,01 in Richesse, Lately I have been mixing 9,11 and 9,0 but you get pretty much the same result. You just rinse bleach out do one shampoo, apply toner and leave for 5 mins then rinse and shampoo and condition. Ive used Loreal for years and years this is my favourite! My next favourite is 10.21 :D Hope this helps.

Or you could use the 9.11 by itself but be aware thats veeery grey/silver :)

we are talking english..lol its just we are professional hairdressers and this is the professional language we speak. we can not offer advice on diy hair colouring as this is a professional forum, we can offer advice on consumer based problems but we cannot offer you advice on doing non professional hair colouring. pop into a salon explain what you want, if you cannot afford salon prices pop into your local technical college where you are just paying the minimal.
we wouldnt be doing our job as professionals by telling you how to colour your own hair without any professional training sorry

Go seek a professional colorist. If you dont understand whats being discussed, its because you should not be doing this proceedure.
