Hi I was wondering if anyone could help, I have a new client and I’m finding it very hard to see her colour properly, she hasn’t had her hair coloured now since July/august time. I have never met her before and she has sent me a picture of her hair. She said she previously has had a non bleached blonde and warm brown highlights. I would be using Wella koleston colour I was wondering if anyone can help I will attach a picture of her hair before and now what it’s like with her dark roots. (The picture with the ride in the background is fresh colour)Thankyou all x

Possibly 12/0 or for a cleaner blonde I'd go with 12/89.
Alternatively KP 10/0 + 10/86 + 12%

Ah amazing I was thinking along that line with the 12/89 for the cleaner blonde for a warmer brown I was thinking of going for a 6/0 & 6/07 Wella koleston. What do you recon?

Yes or maybe even 6/07 on its own would probably be enough, 6/0 with it would make it flat.
