I used wella kp 7/7 with 6% developer to cover greys and then I used wella kp 7/7 with 12% all over and it came out looking orange. What can I use to tone it down and make it darker

What’s the starting point and what are you trying to achieve?

I started at the top from roots to tip. I am trying to achieve all over colour medium brown and to cover greys. I have used this before but for some reason it has turned orange this time at the roots. I only use wella koleston perfect.

A you a qualified hairdresser? I meant starting level and what level/tone you want to achieve.

Yes I am but used this colour before and was fine it’s has just gone a little too lighter on the top. I will use 5 to darken it
