Anyone else curious about these testing stations(factories/labs) where our extensions go when we send them back? I would love to know where they are and what the process is for testing. I wonder if they accept visitors to have a look round and see how it all works I think it would be really interesting! Does that make me a proper geek?!!

I would love to know too. But I don’t think they do anything, I think they chuck them in the bin and offer us a discount to keep us happy
