Iv had some hair extensions fitted 2nd March, did what I thought was a lovely job waited nearly a week to wash n started loosing lots and lots of hair, I messaged the girl who did the hair and explained this to her, she advised she didn’t know why this was and said she would fix it, made an appointment with her for last week, I was poorly so messaged to cancel she was fine! Iv messaged to rebook app when she replies with the fact she had a sudden death in the family and wasn’t working!! In the mean time my friend messaged her to see if she could fit her a weave in which she replied yes and booked her in Saturday!!!!! Iv messaged her again and no reply, but she can answer new work, this person still has 50 bonds of my hair that Iv paid for and is now ignoring me! Advice please
