Ive been forced to block her off my FB because she continues to message me up to 15 times a day and wont take no for an answer. she has my address to write to. At the end of the day she doesn't have a leg to stand on because she signed a disclaimer form and refused to come to me to make any alterations, I even offered her a removal and a full head of new hair FOC and she declined so I've done everything I can to help her and all she wants is money back. I await this letter she speaks of anyway, I have an uncle who is a solicitor and he says he will then reply to that letter. I have plenty happy customers on my page anyway so I'm sure I'll cope with 1 bad review. It will all be okay wont it?? hahah xx
