So I have my own salon and do all the regular beauty treatments and am now looking at offering hair extensions so any advice would be amazing

Been looking at Micro and Pre Bonded
- are any other hair ext popular?
- where do people source hair from?
- Upfront costs - apart from hair itself if seems fairly low?
- rings
- needles
- tools
- heat iron
- straighteners
- scissors
- curlers

None of which are massively expensive or am I missing something?

Hello,
I've been doing hair extensions seriously since maybe the beginning of june. i've been qualified for a fair few years.
in my area it's a tough nut to crack, that could just be here though. i've added some notes below.
Been looking at Micro and Pre Bonded
- are any other hair ext popular? LA weave is popular/ tapes (although had no enquires for this)
- where do people source hair from? - have a look under hair extension suppliers on goodle/on this forum. ask for samples and test the hair yourself.
- Upfront costs - apart from hair itself if seems fairly low? - you need to get some equipment together and training but apart from that then yeah it's pretty low
- rings ebay
- needles ebay
- tools ebay/wholesaler
- heat iron should get this with your course in a kit if not i'd use ebay
- straighteners wholesaler
- scissors wholesaler
- curlers wholesaler

Looking for a new supplier anyone recommend any? For my budget clients x

Thank you I’ll have a look
