Hair removal

I have a client who wants there top lip waxing. However, they have a moel wich cannot be waxed over and is part of the problem. They cannot use hair removal cream as they are allergic. Any suggestions on how to get rid of the hair on the moel?

Providing her doc says it's safe to do so, just tweeze the hairs out.
