Hi,

Does anyone who uses gelish 18g lamp have any tips on hand placement please? How do you know your clients have their hand correctly placed in the lamp? Do you put something inside or can you tell by looking at them? I’ve heard to look out for ‘thumb clevage’? I’m just trying to exclude any chance of nails being uncured due Incorrect placement, any advice would be helpful! Thank you

There is a curved raised edge on the bottom plate which you can feel when you place your hand inside the lamp.

I tell my clients to slide their hand in up to the middle knuckle of their thumb.
I do find there is a 'dead space' at the back of the lamp and clients experience chipping if they always stick their hand in too far.
