Thank goodness the weather took a turn for the better - it's lovely here now!

Didn't go to the Parade, Sean and I were on 'midwife' duty delivering Irish Wolfhound puppies!! What a great day for them to be born!

Anyway, Happy Paddy's Day to you all!

I did up some shirt's for my girls with fabric markers....Nothing fancy, but good for a giggle.
And one of me, with my "wash & wear" hair, but only because of my eyes. You see, I'm "Irish" all year, with my natural green eyes LOL

Actually, the oldest is MOST DEFINATELY a "mini-me".
The youngest is a toss-up (might just blame the mailman HAHA)
Different shaped face, lips, eyes and skin tone. I'm thinking maybe she looks like my sister LOL

So, what do you guys all do for StPatty's? Do you get dolled up for it like we do out here?

Sorry to be pedantic, but St Pats was on the 15th this year!! The Church Council officially changed it because a Saints day cannot fall in Holy week...apparently!

Well I suppose if they can change the correct date of Christmas to suit themselves they wouldn't have any qualms about messing with Paddy's Day too! :lol:

Anyone here go to the Parade in town? We were (stupidly) trying to drive back home thinking it would be fine since the Parade had finished - big mistake! I'm so glad the weather improved for them, if I remember correctly last year, and the year before I think, the weather was awful and I felt so sorry for them all getting soaked to the skin and freezing cold!
