Hi Kmac,
First of all well done for posting.
They look ok however there are a couple of things that wold make them even better. The picture quality isnt very good so I cant give setailed critique just a few things that I can pick up from the photo that you have supplied.
  1. The white is too much. File them down a bit you should aim for 2/3 pink to 1/3 white. They seem out of balance because you have too much white going on. You should also aim for the white beingthe same length on all nails, The middle finger there is more white that the rest iykwim
  2. Watch your ears when you file, you can see on the thumb that you have filed the ear off the tip leaving the smile finishing in a blunt stop when it should slope gently into the side of the finger.
  3. The ring finger line of light has a dip in it a bit more refining wil rectify this problem.
If you work on those things you will be on the home straight.

hi thanks for replying!!!!!!! and will take all the advice on board can i ask a question if you are using white tips and the client wants long nails how would you go about getting the right ratio? thanks very much xx

You would put the tip further towards the free edge (it may only be stuck on by the "ears" if the free edge isn't long) and you would need to use an opaque powder to fill in any gap and cover over the natural free edge to extend the nailbed. You would be careful not to get it over the white.

Hi

Well done for posting.

I agree with whats said, but suggest you use one of the more smiling tips? This would make the nail look longer:hug:

thankyou i will give it a go today and post a pic 2 c wat you all think!!! xXx

this is a great method which i have used successfully many times i have pics in my album of the before during and after.
i agree with with whats been said already about them being unbalanced and not all consistant.x
