Had a voicemail on my phone from someone saying they are from 'The Beauty Salons Classification of Yale'

She has a really strong Scottish accent so not 100% thats what she's saying but it's what I'm hearing!

I have googled this and done a search here and found nothing.
I'm wondering what this could be and have been reading a lot about these advertising scams....hmm....

Anyone herad of this or similar?

Hey, no not heard about this, but with all the scams u read on here it wouldn't suprise me! Have u tried googling it? Or the number they rang off? I googled a 0800 number (must have had 10 missed calls this week-bcz I won't answer it) and it confirms it is a telephone pest number something to do with n power xx

Think she was probably from "Yell" as in Yellow Pages. They're badgering me at the moment for next year's classification and they always seem to be Scottish. hth

Ahh, yep i suppose Yell and Yale sound the same in Scottish to someone not used to the accent! Thanks guys! x
