Has anyone been to Fuerteventura?

We're thinking of going in August this year for our summer hols. We are going to book the Lobos Bahia Aparthotel in Corralejo.
I usually check the holidays uncovered website for hotel and resort reviews, as a result we've never had a bad hotel or holiday, but it seems to be down at the moment, but we want to book asap.

Have any of you been to Fuerteventura? Particularly The resort or hotel mentioned above? Can you give me some opinions if you have?

but have you looked at Trip Advisor website????
I use it for everything...

hi we went to f..........., too long to spell ! all i can remember is the huge amount of cockroaches, they were everywhere, i even bought 1 home in my suitcase and had to get the pest people in to get rid of it incase it was a preggers female!!!! i'm sure it was Corralejo, when i see bf later i'l ask him, mind you dont be put off i bet loads of people will come on and say they loved it there x

I have been to Fuerteventura but stayed in Caleta de Fuste. I did visit Correlejo but to be honest I didn't like it very much, prefered Caleta.
