If so where did you train?
How did you find the course?
Have you found that it pays?
Do you assess in your salon??
Any advice you can give me on turning my salon into a training academy?

Hi, if you are highly qualified enough either though experience or trained to a very high level , then you can train your staff or others now ,
but if you want to train others up to and according to NVQ standards you will need your A1 in both units plus level three .
You will be able to assess staff and maybe train ,

but to become an NVQ training school or NVQ academy you will need accreditation ,
this will need all sorts of inspections .
Ask Habia for a pack on how to become a training school,
it really does sound great, but theres a heck of a lot of red tape and
expenses involved plus the up keeping of the standards by regular inspections

you could also ask Babtac about becoming a private training school school or training academy ,
they are very good and treat you well , there is less red tape so you will be up and running faster , they have very good prices too , hth  x minky

I did my D units, which is D32, D33, assessors qualifications.

Like Minky says, its easier to not go down the NVQ route, loads of paperwork! Although you will probably get more money, grants, and students sent your way.
