An entire fair or just a stall?

an entire fair. I am holding one just a little one for local businesses and also throwing in a raffle for a fundraiser too. Just wondering if anyone has some pointers.

You can ask the local MP to come along to get the press to turn up, and comfortable shoes are a must on the day. And free food samples get people flocking.
