I Google map all the time, its fascinating. I actually slowed down with it as I was starting freak myself out. If I knew an address I Google Mapped it just out of curiosity. Is it possible to be a Googly stalker? :lol:

I've had a few clients find me on google maps, but we don't have the street view option here yet.
There was something on the BBC news recently about the google cars going round the cities taking pics. They thought it was an invasion of privacy.
I guess it's only those with guilty concience that should not be where they've been photographed iykwim!!

Not sure I agree ............. they say robberies have gone up significanly since robbers can case the joint on line in the USA. I think it is a HUGE invasion of my privacy and am totally against it. And I have nothing to hide.

I think it's an invasion of privacy too, when they start to do street views in residential areas. I can't see the need for that.

We were looking at Carl's salon & then I typed in a friend's address in Austin, Texas (where we are going next spring!) and it came up with street level. My son said, blimey Mum, people could get the plans and burgle the place! Which is obviously what's happening then.:irked:
